Due to a growth in business The Cam Clark Automotive Group is looking to add an Internet Sales Consultant to our Olds location. The Cam Clark Automotive Group currently has 12 dealerships and is continuously looking at expanding, which gives the perfect candidate endless opportunity for growth within our company. Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner making sure that they receive the "small-town" feel that our dealership prides itself in

  • Prospect and solicit customers, ensure that customers are aware of all vehicle purchasing options while working together with the Sales Manager to assist the customer in the vehicle shopping experience with an extreme focus on achieving an extremely high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain an award-winning level of customer satisfaction scores that align with our dealership's mentality of putting the customer first.

  • Ensure AMVIC licensing, training and certification is up-to-date and regulations are followed.

  • Work well with all dealership employees to take ownership of and resolve conflicts as they arrive in a respectful, team-oriented atmosphere.

  • Handle incoming internet leads with guidance from the Sales Manager to effectively handle the leads coming in.

  • Be self-driven in a desire to sell cars and be apart of a team that achieves top sales goals monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, with an ability to work on a high-pressure environment and handle customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

  • Must be organized with the ability to be focused and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong phone and computer skills

  • A quick and flexible learner with a positive attitude. Must possess a high energy with a strong desire to achieve top results.

  • Previous Automotive Industry experience is an asset.

  • Previous Customer Service experience is a must.

  • Driver's License Required
